Do you thrive in a fast-paced kitchen and love crafting incredible dishes? Alpine Country Club is looking for an experienced Line Cook who’s passionate about culinary excellence and providing an unforgettable dining experience for our members and guests.

👨‍🍳 What You’ll Do

• Prepare and cook appetizers, entrees, and desserts with precision and creativity.
• Set up and stock workstations efficiently with necessary ingredients and equipment.
• Collaborate with a skilled kitchen team to deliver timely, high-quality meals.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen while upholding strict sanitation and safety protocols.
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes.
• Assist with inventory control, product rotation, and reducing waste.
• Address special dietary needs and guest requests with professionalism and care.
• Uphold Alpine CC’s standards of hospitality and culinary excellence.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a comparable culinary role.
• Strong grasp of cooking techniques and use of kitchen equipment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic kitchen environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Culinary degree or certification is a plus!

🧍 Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and operating kitchen tools with precision.
• Comfortable in a busy, high-energy kitchen environment.
